Prior to co-founding DigiDent, Shahzad was the vice president of customer support at EnterpriseDB Corporation, where he was responsible for building a world-wide, 24*7 Customer Support Organization.  While at EnterpriseDB, he also successfully built several internal corporate infrastructure systems including CRM, e-Commerce engine, and the Customer Portal.

Prior to joining EnterpriseDB, Shahzad was a senior director at Fusion Technologies, where he provided leadership in software development and architecture, engagement management, sales, and human resources.  He also successfully managed geographically distributed project teams for a diverse client and technology base. In 2003, Shahzad founded the company’s Islamabad operations, which were subsequently acquired by EnterpriseDB in 2004.

Shahzad has served as an Adjunct Professor at Middlesex County College, and is a frequent speaker at leadership seminars for youth. Shahzad received a BS degree in Information Systems from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

As DigiDent's Director of Finance, Ahsan brings over 15 years of sound experience running finance and operations for large global enterprises across the High-Tech, Pharmaceutical, Financial Markets, and Textile industries.

Prior to joining DigiDent, Ahsan was involved with various financial institutions such as First Capital ABN AMRO Equities, and Indosuez W.I.Carr Securities where he held executive management positions. At ABN AMRO, he was instrumental in expanding offerings into new business regions and successfully launched new branches which played a pivotal role in ensuring that they turned profitable within a year from inception. He was also the founding member-in-charge of the team that started off the successful, and profitable, operations of Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities.

Ahsan holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelors in Commerce.
